Somethings looks good in speech or in literature but in real life same thing can be very uncomfortable or irritating or sometime dangerous. For example,
I am doing my duty without a break from 18 April; 12-14 hr daily and what happened about one week before even I am not able to walk some steps. I consult with physician and go through laboratory test (blood Hb/TLC/DLC, Urine-r&m, urine culture & sensitivity, TSH, blood sugar) and every thing was normal but still I was suffering from headache, body ache cramp; extreme weakness and I am not able to do work physically and mentally, but I am forced to do it. I also took Tab of multivitamins, anti-oxidents but no relief. Then my wife forced to do rest and do some meditation and practice some relaxation technique. then I took rest and practiced relaxation techniques on weekend. I also analyzed why this time I m feeling so ill physically and mentally and I got the answer, this is because I was under pressure, doing extra work without break, within adverse environment and no support from the counterpart agency.
Now I reached to some conclusion, how to become more productive with less stress:
1. Don't burnout yourself
2. relaxation is equally important to work
3. take a break when you feel tired
4. plan one week tour in every 5-6 weeks, with family (ofcourse)
5. practice meditation regularly etc.
now I am trying to implement these thing in my life.
